Ancestral Whisper invites you to embark on a transformative wellness retreat on the stunning island of St. Lucia. I, Kia Perry, along with my dedicated team, are thrilled to welcome you to our Heal and Chill “Elements” Retreat, where we’ll honor the natural beauty and energy of the island. This retreat is centered around the four elements—Water, Fire, Air, and Earth—as we explore the Nature of the island, connect with healing plants and herbs that nourish our bodies. Deep breathing and breathwork practices. We’ll release and renew with the fire element in ceremony, move our bodies with the setting sun, and reflect in our journals. Join us in giving thanks to the island, nourishing our bodies with wholesome food, and so much more.
